William Russell celebrates 20 years
At William Russell, we are delighted to have just celebrated our 20th Anniversary.
Founded by Inez Cooper in June 1992, William Russell was launched in response to the growing need for specialist international insurance, as businesses became increasingly global and thousands emigrated to new job opportunities overseas. A family-run company since the start, William Russell has grown to become an internationally trusted, leading international provider, with an ever-growing number of expatriate clients across the globe. William Russell is itself an international business – aside from our Head Office in the UK, we also have an office in Asia and representation in the Middle East through our association with Dubai Insurance Company.
To celebrate this significant milestone, we are embarking on a major new re-branding strategy. Alongside a striking, newly-designed logo, we have also just launched a brand-new website. Carefully developed, listening to suggestions and feedback from our expatriate clients, over the course of the next 12 months the new website will continue developing to offer all the functionality and features required to cater to the needs of a client base scattered all over the globe. Aside from a visually appealing, user-friendly design, the website will also allow visitors to speedily generate a quick quote and apply for cover, whilst existing policyholders will be able to access key documents and claims information online. Meanwhile, our intermediary partners retain their access to our BrokerNet portal, to deliver all the support and information that they require.
In as challenging and competitive a market as international private medical insurance, twenty years in business represents an outstanding achievement, which can be attributed to the dedication and commitment of the William Russell team.
